launched in 2002 by Joan Williamson, who developed a passion for customer
service during 20+ years in the computer industry.
Our aim is to take
the hassle and inconvenience out of our members' lives. Whether it is
routine chores or one-off events, we will take them off your hands so that
you can free up time for the more important things in life.
Our members
come from a variety of backgrounds - busy executives, mums and dads at home,
people who have to work away from home during the week - they all find our
service a valuable element of their everyday lives.
Members pay a
quarterly subscription fee, with individual services priced on a time or
project related basis. Our guiding principle is to offer excellent
service levels and consistent value for money.
PhoneJoan is a
member of the Federation of Small Businesses and the International
Concierge and Errand Association.
