FRAUD ALERT

It has been brought to my attention that someone is misrepresenting me and using my Company name and address on their website ( www.phonejoanltd.com) to “sell” Apple computers and telephones.

They have NO association or attachment with me whatsoever, this is not my line of business and I DO NOT trade over the internet.

I would urge anyone dealing with this company to be extremely wary. What they are doing is deliberately ‘Passing Themselves Off’ as me, and this is illegal. I have reported this to the Police and Trading Standards, who are going to investigate this fraudulent activity.

If you have had any dealings with these fraudsters, and have information that I can pass on to the relevant authorities, please forward it to me at joan@phonejoan.co.uk. I am extremely anxious to put an end to this misrepresentation as soon as possible.
